What Causes Numbness And Imbalance In The Right Leg?

For the second time in a few weeks, my right leg, as I was walking, seemed weak, asleep, and I felt unbalanced. the first time lasted five minutes and then went away, as did the second a few minutes ago. I ma a seventy year old male in good health, although I have lower back issues and sciatica. is this the sort of thing I should do something about immediately

Symptoms are related to nerve root compression at lumbosacral spinal canal levels. You are requested to get MRI of lower lumbosacral spine region which will confirm the diagnosis and will help you figure out the management plan.
