What Causes Numbness And Injury To Nerve?

I had a cbc with with wbc differential. My neutrophils are at 44 and my lymphs are at 47. the other 4 are within normal range my question is I am a one year breast cancer survivor, I had a complete mastectomy and took tamoxifin which caused side effects and my ovaries and uterus were removed in Sept. So I am now treatment free and I was stage 1 HR positive with no chemo. Should I be concerned? I also recently had a blood draw that injured my nerve. My hand goes numb and the nerve conduction study does this week revealed conclusive that I was injured and it hit the nerve(I passed out when it happened it was so painful and went to the ER)
