What Causes Numbness And Pain Around An Esophagus Hernia?

I am a 57 year old male, had in stroke in 2006. Was in a coma for about a week. On life support for the whole time. I have a tone nail fungus and a esphaus heriou. sorry about spelling. I am diease, like going to pass out. numb on left side and hernia hurting.
