What Causes Numbness And Pain From Waist To Toes After Taking Amoxicillin?
I was prescribed amoxicillin for an ear infection which was affecting my balance on Tuesday. On Thursday evening my left side from waist down to my toes became numb with a pins and needles like feeling.. It is now Sunday could this be the amoxicillin?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Amoxicillin generally does not cause such symptoms as adverse effects.
However, since it is known to cause Vitamin B complex deficiency, you can take the following things:
1. Lactobacillus powder or tablet for a week.
2. Vitin B Complex capsules once a day for 15 days.
Your symptoms should gradually reduce in about a week time.
