What Causes Numbness And Pain In Arm During Sleep?
Hi there, when i sit on a hard surface I loose feeling in my scrotum and penis, also I awake from my sleep alot with no feeling in my right arm, it is completely dead and I am required to use my left arm to bring it back. I often get pains down my right arm into my hand.

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the arm. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. I also recommend maintaining the area immobilized to prevent further damage.
