What Causes Numbness And Pain In Joints, Loss Of Balance And Fatigue?

I have been having symptoms that I think might be MS related. Numbness and pain in my joints, loss of balance , major fatigue. Sometimes my feet will stay numb for a long time, even with circulation. Also, my vision has gotten very blurry, and I have intense headaches.
