What Causes Numbness And Pain In Knees After Doing Yoga?
I am feeling numbness on the outside of my knees. It is very painful to put any pressure on my knees by kneeling or getting on my bed. I have been doing hot yoga lately could this be a cause? I have not fallen lately, but did damage my knees in a car accident over 20 years ago.
Hi, Looking to the history it seems that due to past injury on knee joint might have early degenerative changes causing osteo-artherits changes and stiffness in the cartilages, maniscus and muscles might give this problem. doing yoga you might have bend your knees and making completely flexes position might give rise this problem. So do not do yoga in this position. This position will injure more to your knee joints. Go for patellar exercises daily. Ok and take care.
