General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms, numbness pain, weakness indicate that you are having some developing neurological complications. Damage to the nerves often result in pain, numbness & hence muscle weakness. Visit a neurologist. Go through all the investigations required & get treated. Since you complain of pain in the left hand, you should have lipid function tests, ECG, Echocardiography done to rule out any developing coronary artery disease. Sometimes cardiac problems are associated with neurological complications. Take care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
