What Causes Numbness And Pain In The Right Hand And Shoulder?
I am having numbness and pain on my right hand and right shoulder. It began a few weeks ago. I think it might be related to using a mouse for my computer. The computer is on the dinner table so it is high and when I use the mouse my wrist rests on the edge of the table. I use a cushion for my wrest but it doesn t seem to help. I this sounds stupid, but it disrupts my sleep. And I am actually not sure what is causing it.

Overexertion and work in unaccoustmed position can lead wrist pain....
So try to work in comfortable position with computer always in front and comfortable position to your vision level...
As you are having numbness also calcium and serum B 12 level should be checked and corrected accordingly if needed....

If pain more ibuprofen can be taken...
If needed orthopedic surgeon can be consulted for further examination
