Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
In my opinion, you might have injured your knee joint due to fall. So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination of right knee joint and leg. You may also need x ray and MRI of right knee joint. If there is no fracture or meniscusinjury, conservative treatment in the form of rest, immobilization, cast application, painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs are mainstay treatment. But if MRI shows fracture or meniscus injury then you will need surgery.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
