What Causes Numbness And Soreness In Upper Arms?

I feel like I got a shot in both my upper arms and they are sore. Now that I am laying down I feel like a sense of almost heat with a little numbness. What could this be? Came out of nowhere. I did not hit my arms of do anything unusual that would make them hurt. Almost feels like I got punched in each arm.

Hello,

I suggest you rest do not elevate heavy things and use ibuprofen. If you have other symptoms like fever or your pain persist after few days consult a doctor.
