What Causes Numbness And Stiffness In The Hands, Wrists, Arms And Shoulders?
Having a numbness/ tightness that starts at both hands/wrists that radiated back up my arms, through my shoulders and my chest. Happened the first time about 90 min ago (accompanied by heartburn) and again about 10 min ago (also accompanied by heartburn). Lingering pressure in upper left arm/shoulder for about 7 min. Remaining symptom now is heartburn and slight ache mid-back.

Stiffness of joints is caused by arthritis. This starts with small joints followed by big joints which progress as the day goes. The best you can do is to get pain killers. to release the pain. Do rheumatoid factor test to confirm. Do x-ray to check if there is joint destruction. Consult a rheumatologist.
