What Causes Numbness And Tingling Feeling Behind Head After Injury?

Yes about 2weeks ago I was playing with my boyfriend and I fell and roll all the way on my head. First a spot n the back right side of my head went numb now the feeling is back and the area keeps tingling and pains off and on..I hope it s nothing serious

we should never neglect a head injury, please get a MRI done and see the neurologist/neurosurgeon with the report
