What Causes Numbness And Tingling From My Shoulder To Hand?
Hi, I am experiencing numbness and tingling from my shoulder down to my hand (for about a week now) sometimes more pronounced than other times. worst numbness is in my pointer finger and thumb. My shoulder and elbow seem to become very tight the more I use my arm (at work for example while typing) I had a stroke 5 years ago but didn t experience the same symptoms. Any ideas

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. I suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day. I also suggest gentle stretching exercises for relief. If the symptoms continue, you should see a neurologist.
