What Causes Numbness And Tingling In Hands And Feet?

I have numbness and tingling in my hands and feet i recently noticed, need to learn methods to prevent diabetes, my dad, aunts and cousins on his side have it and im trying to prevent it. I had a glucose test that was normal a couple months ago. I am overweight for my age and need to eat better and exercise. What options should i take? Dont have funds right now to pay ill will on come back later this week

You have problem of numbness and tingling hands and feet may be because of vitsmine B12 deficiency.

Peripheral neuropathy can cause numbness and tingling sensation. Neuralgia may cause this type of problems.
Again check your blood sugar level also because diabetic neuropathy is more commom.

Alcoholic neuropathy may ruled out.

Do blood test abd csf examination. Check vitamins level. MIR can done for further diagnosis.

Consent a physician for diagnose.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
