My left arm has been numb and tingling all day. Dull pain and arm feels heavy. I did have surgery a week ago and was under anesthesia for 11 hours. Surgery was to repair right femoral vein. Had these arm symptoms a few days as well after surgery but not as bad. Then I stood up today and washed my hand and as I was my veins in my left arm just turned really blue and my hand turned blue
