General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Simultaneous involvement of the face and shoulder may be due to brain involvement and imaging of brain is required.

If both these symptoms are occurring independently, then possibility of cervical radiculopathy and trigeminal neuralgia should be kept. Examination by a neurologist will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
