What Causes Numbness And Tingling On The Fingers And Hands?

I ve been having numbness and tingling in my my fingers and hands, for a couple of months now, now i m also having the same thing in my feet, and it starting to it seems go up my leg a little, also yesterday the back of my calf started to hurt it seems for no apparent reason, what could this b from?
