Diabetes is a disease in which the patient experiences neuropathy, retinopathy, and nephropathy with its advancement. I believe you are at the stage when it has affected your nerves and eyesight.
I suggest you take a proper small and frequent diabetic diet. You should aim to keep your sugar levels in the normal range( 120 -190mg/dl) with your medication and diet. Moreover, you should take a walk and exercise as much as you can.
If you are still experiencing blood with stools then go for a UGI endoscopy and colonoscopy with a CBC as it is very necessary.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
