What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation From The Head To The Arms?

I was driving when suddenly I started sweating terribly and then felt a numb yet tingling sensation going from my head down my arms . Once it got to my hands they started drawing up like a cramp in your foot or something. I was able to pull to the side on the interstate where I finally vomited and eventually my hands went back to normal position.

Please get assessed for blood pressure, electrocardiogram (ECG) and cervical spine x-ray. What you are describing are nonspecific features. So my advice is that please undergo these tests.
