What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Between The Shoulder Blades?
I have been having episodes of numbness and tingling starting in between my neck and shoulder...when I put my left arm up in front of me the tingling radiates down my left arm.... more recently, when I bend over, I get extreme pain in the area between my left shoulder and neck area and down my left side of my back....also if I tilt my head to the left towards my left shoulder I get tingling and numbness down my left arm and the left side of my back...

Listening to your symptoms I think there is an issue with your spinal nerves possibly a pinched nerve, bulging disc or spondylitis. You should do an X-ray of the cervical spine.
