My left side hand my middle arm down to my fingers all fingers extremities experiencing numbness tingling keep falling asleep sensation pain what is this it s not going away did an EKG had a heart monitor and spent the night in the hospital I said everything was okay look good on my labs came back normal

Tingling numbness on left side limb can be due to pinched nerve due to cervical spine problems in neck/ischaemic heart problems/Vitamin B12 deficiency/Diabetes mellitus.
Investigations like Xray cervical spine,stress test,blood glucose,blood lipids needs to be done.
Depending on result of these tests and clinical examination by a physician ,further management can be done.
