What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Body?

After 2 surgeries brand name epilepsy medications were replaced with generics. Trileptal was dropped abruptly for 6 weeks. Then Vimpat was dropped abrupt;y for 4 weeks. Then Sertraline (Zoloft) was dropped abruptly. Now having numbness and tingling everyday. What is happening to me?

I think it's withdrawal symptoms.
Sudden stoppage of drugs without tapering especially in psychotic drugs causing symptoms like tingling, numbness, tremors, difficulty breathing etc
