What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Hand?
My right hand hurts so bad. It s a numb tingling feeling but also a hurtful achy pain. It gets puffy sometimes and my arm my whole arm is achy. A lot of times my hand and arm is sore. I can t hardly hold anything r use my right hand majority of the time it hurts too pic up a pen r open a vehicle door. My left hand and arm is starting too do the same. My hand gets a little stiff. Its just hard too do things anymore cause I m right handed
Since the pain is in the upper limbs then you may want to consider imaging of the neck and shoulder to see if any of the nerves in this area are being affected by changes in the cervical spine and shoulder.
Your GP can request the initial xray but for follow up you may need to see a neurologist or orthopedic surgeon depending on the findings.
There are medications that can help with nerve related symptoms.
