General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you have numbness and tingling sensation after surgery so your problem is related to nerve only and for it you need a clinical examination by a neurologist in your area and an MRI scanning to know exact pathological findings. Besides it you can be advised physiotherapy to relax muscles and control pain. Finally, add vitamin B-complex injection two times per week.

Hope that helps and your problem will be resolved soon and nothing to be worried at all.
