What Causes Numbness And Tingling Sensation In Toe Of Right Foot?

Hi, about a month ago I slept on my foot weird. The fourth toe on my right foot has been numb ever since. When I touch my outer ankle it sends a tingling sensation down the top of my foot to the numb toe. Do you have any ideas about what this might be?
