What Causes Numbness At Finger Tips Along With Headaches?

I have suddenly developed numbness in my finger tips first and second finger and thumb and now the doctor did an x ray and found that my c3,4,5 are narrowing and I also have tingling sensation going to the head and sometimes headache. Doctor has prescribed me neurobion. how will this help me.

You have problem of numbness in fingure that may be because of nerve compression.
MRI is helpful for further diagnosis.

Diabetic neuropathy can cause numbness in fingure.Check your blood sugar level.

Any nerve injury may cause this problem.
