What Causes Numbness At Tip Of Big Toe In Left Leg?

I am having numbness at tip of big toe of left leg. It is persisting for last three four months and the numbness area is about 1 square inch. I am having HTN since last 25 years and my age is 51 yrs. There is no other health problem. My height is 172 cms & wt is 75 kgs.

Numbness could be because of many reasons like diabetes, hypertension which will cause decrease in peripheral circulation and cause peripheral neuropathy.
