hello, today i slammed my hand on the table and recieved a shock of pain in my elbow and numbness from finger to neck, i have a hard time gripping and my tricep,elbow and forearm are all still very sore. i have iced and the swelling behind my elbow is still evident and the pain is deep in between 2 bones on the outside of my elbow and directly behind where the tendon.muscle connects. i have no insurance or cash so home remedy would be best if possible. thank ZB
