What Causes Numbness In Arm Along With Severe Headache Behind The Eye?

This is a great new feature. Concerned about my son. He is 25 and was playing soccer at 9 at night. He was running, it s been incredibly hot here for the last 2 weeks. 100 plus temps. His right arm went completely numb and he had a very unusual feeling. He sat down for a bit then went back in to play for a short time when the feeling finally came back. He drove home but had an incredible headache right behind his left eye. Our other son has had migraines that start with the aura. Do you think this was a migraine. Young people don t hydrate the way they should. He has made an appt. for a routine checkup. Just wanting an opinion. Thanks
