General & Family Physician, Dr. Piyush K's Response
Welcome to HCM. Complains of tingling and numbness could be due to blood sugar related complains or due to vitamin B12 deficiency or thyroid disorder. I would advice such a patient coming to me to undergo some lab test. 1.Blood sugar levels-Fasting and Post prandial. 2.Thyroid function test. 3.Vitamin B12 and folic acid levels. Follow up with these reports with a general physician. He will guide you further. Thanks and regards.
