What Causes Numbness In Back And Fainting After Changing Diet?
Due to a recent change in my diet, like only salads and vegetables and one proper meal + exercise twice a day like 5km treadmill, i went sick with following symptoms. I reported numbness at back during sleep and went to doc. I fainted many times but automatically recovered in 2 following days. I went through lot of tests like CT scan / ECG / TMT / Gastro / Neuro - but all reports were clean. I just had a hypo thyroid at the end. Am on vitamin D tabs. Even after 2 weeks am still having the numb feeling back of head when i get up from bed which later seems to mellow down but never goes off. My body is weaker than the usual stable me. my Glucose tolerant test showed fasting sugar as 111 then after heavy breakfast and every following hour readings went down like 98 88 83 80. am asked to be on a high complex fibre diet but it is not easy to follow when am in office. Doc has said i need to take a thyroid a month later and only then there will be a course of action. but am not comfortable with this numb and weak feeling every day. Please advise.
