What Causes Numbness In Big Toes After Wearing High Heels?

Hello. I never wear high heels but did to my son s wedding yesterday....the shoes seemed comfortable for most of the day/evening even when dancing. I did switch to flats late in the evening. However, I woke up with both of my big toes numb and still are. What can I do to treat the issue? I won t be wearing high heels anytime soon!! Thank you.

Compression of toes has hampered with blood flow and also compression of nerves is causing numbness.

Constant wearing of high heels and narrow toe shoes create such problems and even cause bunion and other toe symptoms.

Medically its not advisable. Broad and flat shoes or little heel are best for you. Pl do not invite unnecessary discomfort and diseases just to show off.

Pl do not worry. It will go away. You may dip your feet in warm water tub 2-3 times a day for few minutes. Even if it doesn't go, get check up done.

Hope it helps you.
