Hello,

You have been experiencing numbness in your right leg. From thigh it is radiating to the calf and foot. Your symptoms may be indicative of sciatica, diabetic neuropathy, peripheral neuropathy, pressure in the nerves, nerve compression, PAD, MS, etc. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a neurologist, get required blood tests and imaging tests done. Get Nerve conduction velocity tests, etc., done.

You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, you can take food that is good for the nerves, food rich in vitamin B6, B12, folic acid, minerals, etc. You can also take supplements like Nerv OD, once daily for a month. Take naproxen, one SOS to get rid of pain and discomfort.

Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Get connected to a Physical therapist. Exercises and massage therapy are helpful. Stay away from addictions if any, Avoid sedentary lifestyle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

Please check your blood sugar level once and duplex ultrasound can rule out severity. If there are more than 2 times happened then mri is recommended too. There are 4-5 causes which can be ruled out. It can also be as simple as posture problem or vitamin B deficiency also. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Do simple things, rest, ice, heat, massage, Epsom salt bath of that area can be helpful.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
