What Causes Numbness In Cheeks Along With Intermittent Pain In Abdomen?

My daughter has been having some rather strange issues for a couple weeks now on and off. She keeps having this numb feeling in her mouth...she says her cheeks feel like they re getting bigger, top of mouth feels numb and the bones around her mouth (jaw) feel like they are falling apart. She clenches and says that helps. Mints help too sometimes. Her stomach has been hurting on and off as well as some mouth watering. She does have a new eye rx and has started a new multivitamin. Not sure if that would cause these symptoms?

thanks for posting in HCM
I have understand your concern

with the history given by you , I'm suspecting your daughter may be hypocalcaemia , symptoms are similar to that

abdominal hurting may be because of gastritis

I can suggest you to check

Serum calcium levels and ionised calcium

take tab. shelcal CT 500 once a day
tab. pantocid 40 mg once a day before food

hope I have answered your questions
any further questions, I'm pleased to answer
