As per your query you have numbness on your cheek , blurred vision and vertigo . The symptoms you mention in query can occur due to many reasons like bell's palsy , trigeminal neuralgia , meniere disease or diabetic condition . But it seems to me that in your case the probable reason for your symptoms is diabetes and diabetic neuropathy . . I would suggest you to consult doctor for proper checkup . Doctor may order complete blood profile test specially to check sugar level . Doctor may prescribe medicine like metformin or refer you to neurologist in case of nerve defect or ENT specialist in case of disease related to ear . For now apply warm compresses to your cheek and avoid bending forward .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
