What Causes Numbness In Face And Neck Along With Headache And Dizziness?

Hello & thank s for being here the left side of my face & neck has been numb for about a year. I am a Marine Vietnam vet so I have to go to the VA Hospital in Dallas,TX and they have done 2 MRI S & say their s nothing they see. I am 61 & I am a diabetic but sugar is good. Some time my head hurts in back on the left side really bad & also I have dizzy spell s. Thank s Doc Larry Reeves

Hello,

If magnetic resonance imaging is normal and your sugar levels are normal then it could be due to some vitamin B12 deficiency. Get this test done.
