What Causes Numbness In Face And Tinnitus After Consuming Alcohol?

Hi, I have been suffering from numbness and some tingling in my right ear and the side of my face for about 12 hours or so. It covers my face from hairline to jaw, the ear and the top of my neck, so it may be something to do with my Great Auricular Nerve. I noticed it this morning after I had been asleep in the back of the car so I may simply have put pressure on that area. However, I am slightly worried as last night I did consume alcohol and a small amount of marijuana and cocaine. I am by no means a regular drug user and have never used cocaine before, so I have no idea whether it may have caused this. When I returned home at about half six there was nothing noticeable, but I started feeling numbness about five or six hours later.
