There are two possible conditions that can cause hese symptoms.
One is the cervical spondylosis- causes similar
numbness and
radiation of pain. It will need an
x ray of the
cervical spine for confirmation.
MRI is a better test however.
Second, and needing more urgent treatment is a cardiac condition in evolution. I would suggest an EKG and
Echocardiography just to make sure. However the risk of this condition is les, numbness is not a frequent symptom. Still, its better to rule it out
