What Causes Numbness In Feet And Heaviness In Head While Suffering From Brain Shrinkage?

i was diagnosed of cerebral shrinkage in 2012 also i am chronic hepatitis b since two years i am following naturopathy only my feet totally numb,still i am able to walk memory isgood particularly long memory continuous heaviness in the medulla part at times very heavy liver tests ok, heavily constipated at times numbness is felt from head to toe how to cope?
