What Causes Numbness In Feet And Leg Twitching When Diagnosed With Spinal Stenosis?

HI, I have spinal stenosis in my lower back , L3, 4, & 5 . I am 82+ and was told twenty years ago I could loose control of everything below my belly button. I am having more numbness in my feet and my right leg appears to have lost size . Frequently the nerves in that leg twitch , but never hurt. Is there any way to prevent things from getting worse?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the spinal degenerative spinal disease then it can be well prevented by complete rest as long as your age is concern, care need to be taken while sitting standing bending it should never be happen with poor posture, physiotherapy would be nice for this hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
