What Causes Numbness In Feet And Legs After Back Surgery?

i have two back surgury in my lower back I 5 the doctor put 4 screwosa and two inserts in my back , after ten years of my two back surgery i start loosing the feeling in my right legs its numb i cant walk ,plus i have crambs and strong pain in my foot and my back what i can do in my daily life

Hi,

Numbness in foot and cramps are indicative of nerve compression could be due to spondylitis at other levels than L5 or pressure with screws created by postural changes occurring in these 10 years time. I would suggest a consultation with your spinal surgeon and MRI of back to pin point the cause and get a specific treatment. By the time, you can do extension exercise learnt under expert care. Add over the counter vitamin B12 in your diet and pain medicine as per need.
