What Causes Numbness In Feet And Sore Back While Lying Down?

I am a 49 year old male with type 1 diabetes. My a1c was around 10 last checkup, I have been experiencing numbness in my feet only when lying down, also sometimes in hands and fingers. Back is sore sometimes also I m wondering if I have a back issue or is this neuropathy .

I really appreciate your concern, with diabetes neuropathy would be common if sugar not controlled on tight rule basis, it is highly advise to control the blood sugar on tight rule basis to avoid the neuropathy, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
