What Causes Numbness In Feet During Exercise?

I m 59, was pretty sedentary for the last year and half...November 1, started working out a bit again, mostly elliptical. Have works up from 20 minuets to 65 minutes...my question is why do my feet feel like they fall asleep about half way through my workout

Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with numbness of your foot even with short distance work I am suggesting that you have gradually developing a peripheral neuropathy to rule peripheral vascular disease due to your sedentary work nature

In view of this please do the following test
Peripheral vascular angiography
Serum thiamine level
Fasting blood sugar
Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit a neurologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
