What Causes Numbness In Fingers And Tingling Sensation In Elbows?

I am male, 50 yrs old, have recently developed numbness in mostly fingers and tingling from elbows to finger tips. This happens off and on with no apparent cause although cold seems to make it worse. I woke on a computer many hours a day and play guitar. These symptoms are new. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms of numbness of fingers and arm are happening due to cervical spinal degenerative disease and this might be happening in your case due to poor posture so better to avoid poor posture and get done the MRI and have orthopedic opinion till the cervical collar can be used, hope this information helps.
