What Causes Numbness In Hands And Face, Headaches And Fatigue?
Hi I have been getting pins and needles in my arms and hands and fingers mainly at night time mostly on my left side to the point it wakes me up same nights 4 - 6 times a night with it and other nights not at all. I also have been getting lots of pain in my left arm should downwards most of the times it more of a cold burn pain with mild pain shooting down my arm. Feeling tied all the time no matter how much sleep I get and also headaches. Been going on for a while now and starting to get worse.... I m 33 years old and life a busy life work 6 days a week and three kids......

Symptoms of pins and needles in arms can be due to compression or irritation of nerve supplying the arm. Accompanying pain can also be due to involvement of nerves. I suggest you to consult a neurologist for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
