General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to many medical conditions.

I would recommend checking kidney function through creatinine and azotemia blood level.

I also recommend checking for cardiac problems.

Meanwhile, you can use prescribed diuretics to relieve the edema.

You should consult your doctor about this treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
