What Causes Numbness In Hands/feet And Vomiting While Having High BP/heart Rate?

I having bouts of high blood pressure, high heart rate, feelings of my heart stopping, episodes where I m expereicening numbness in my hands and feet, drawing up of the hands,intense sweating, vomiting and diarrhea all at the same time.. what could this be?

Hello....signs n symptoms u have described could be due to various conditions such as - (1) ARRYTHMIAS i.e irregular heart beats (2) UNSTABLE ANGINA (3) ACUTE SEVERE ANXIETY i.e ANXIETY NEUROSIS (4) ANEURYSMS (2) kindly get these tests done urgently from a good lab - RFT's / LFT's / BLOOD SUGAR FASTING N PP / XRAY CHEST / ECG / TMT / ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY / HOLTER MONITORING....after u get these tests send me the scanned copies of ur reports so that i can guide u further....regards...Dr Rahul Rathee
