Hello

Thank you for posting at HCM

The history that you have given is not adequate to reach to a diagnosis. What's your age, job? Do you have hypertension or sugar? Did you experience a fall recently? Do you smoke?

above questions will lead to a diagnosis. From the information you have provided it looks like a cervical spondylosis.
To confirm, we advise MRI cervical spine, X Ray spine and CBC, lipid profile, PT, aPTT as blood profile.

for symptomatic relief, in our OPD setups, we prescribe Tab Neurobion Forte 1-0-0 x 10 days, Tab Shelcal 500 1-0-0 x 10 days, Tab Amzesik MR1-0-1 X 10 days. All the drugs are prescription drugs, so you are advised to go to a GP first and then once the diagnosis is confirmed, you can see a spinal surgeon.

Thanks
