For some time I have experienced a kind of numbness from my instep along to my big toe.I have now developed a lump maybe a bunion on the side of my foot just below big toe. This is causing me pain even though I am barefooted whilst indoors.I have always taken care with shoe fittings and always have my feet properly measured and only ever wear flat well fitting shoes.I walk a lot and am finding this quite painful.I am 66years of age. What can I do to alleviate this pain?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate, your concern, such condition and the lesion need to be ruled out for the bony lesion and in my opinion the best option is to get done the x-ray of lesion, some time this could be due to arthritis changes, till the you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
